It's all about the water, they say. The shop creates New York-style bagels using old-world artisan recipes and fresh ingredients. Plus sandwiches for breakfast or lunch, muffins, brownies, cookies, cheesecake and  artisan roasted coffees, including iced coffee chilled with frozen-coffee ice cubes.
